Returns
Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order.
To be eligible for a return:
Items must be unused and unopened
Products must be in original packaging
Proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-refundable and non-returnable once opened or used:

Threading products

Opened silk pillowcases

Refunds

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Return Shipping
